Our music is being featured on "Strokeland Records" and "HornDrivenRadio". This is exciting news for the band and our all-original CDs! Strokeland Records is an independent record company (created by Doc Kupka of Tower of Power) that strives to keep the funk, R&B and soul alive! You will find great music there by Tower of Power, Doc Kupka's Strokeland Superband, the Lon Bronson Band and a few other great soulful groups. Sage is honored and proud to be a part of this club of professional musicians!
"When Tower of Power started out, most of our gigs were in San Jose. I have very fond memories of making music there, although in those days, it wasn't the computer center that it is today. Sage represents the very best of EastBay and SouthBay music. They follow closely in the footsteps of Tower of Power and are a great band -- and on top of that, they happen to be very nice guys."
